Michelle is originally from Albany, NY where she trained at The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2005. She went on to build a successful practice throughout the Capitol Region forging partnerships with local hospitals and businesses.

In summer of 2012 she and her family moved to Bend, Oregon. She started working with Dr. Kevin Woog D.C. at the Center for Chiropractic Healing as his chiropractic assistant. She started her practice back up in 2015 when she received her Oregon license in massage therapy.

Christine Stecker, L.M.T.

Christina Steckler, LMT (we call her "C") is an Oregon native and moved to Bend in 2018 to study massage at COCC. Her yoga practice and interest in somatic practice lead her to experience the healing benefits of therapeutic bodywork.

Sessions with C will focus on balancing the nervous system and releasing held tension patterns through various techniques. C pulls on her additional studies in Craniosacral therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Ortho-Bionomy, and Biodynamic massage techniques. While still employing deep tissue work when necessary, C appreciates the holistic approach subtle modalities can bring to a bodywork session.

C's ability to calm the nervous system is what makes her a unique and sought after addition to the practice. If you want to feel like a new person or just get in touch with a calmer version of yourself, I highly recommend C's massages.
